Ghost treats AI notes as durable working records. They can be created automatically or manually, edited, searched, linked to their sources, brought into a conversation, and used to move the work forward.
Ask Ghost to save a research finding, meeting decision, email thread, useful draft, or evidence from its browser work. It creates a named, structured note instead of leaving the result buried in chat history.
Edit the title and body with headings, paragraphs, lists, task lists, tables, code, links, images, and media references. AI-generated notes stay yours to revise, expand, simplify, or write manually.
Source type, source identity, origin, email thread, data path, and explicit context links can travel with the note. When you reopen it, you can see where the information came from.
When the source is a meeting, the note can link back to the complete AI meeting notes, including its transcript and summary. When a decision creates follow-up work, Ghost can connect it to an AI to-do. Typed links keep the note, source meeting, action item, and related notes in one trail.
Search by topic or source, open the exact note, and add it to a new conversation. Ask Ghost to compare it with new evidence, draft from it, summarize it for someone else, or turn its open questions into a practical next step.
Reopen the full record when a project returns and use it as persistent context later. Ghost's broader AI memory can retrieve related retained context, while temporary notes can expire and archive themselves when their useful life ends.
Weeks after the original work, search or attach the saved note to a new Ghost conversation. The answer starts from the record you chose, including its source, linked meetings and to-dos, and the work that explains the decision.
